Forgetful

This morning I forgot my parking meter money, my phone, and how cold 50-degree weather can be when you're wearing shorts and slippahs. It looked like Mother Nature forgot the waves, so after 15 minutes of shivering, I said "forget about it" and bounced.

It's 9:30 PM, and I've finally had time to go through this morning's pics. I started dozing off at my computer, so I'll finish this post tomorrow.

Continued: The conditions were a lot better than I expected them to be, especially considering how much rain we were supposed to get. The sun popped out after a while, and the choppy surf smoothed out a bit.

The Morning Breaks

Dawn was absolutely pristine this morning. I've seen many a beautiful Socal dawn, but this one definitely stood out from most. The visibility was probably the clearest I've ever seen it, and the color hues of the sky were nothing short of awe-inspiring.

Two Weeks: Too Long

After not being able to go for a dip for the last two weeks, it was nice to finally get into the water today. A little walled, then a little soft (due to the tide), but after being MIA for the past two weeks, I wasn't complaining.
