I had a fun sesh this morning at a spot that had been pretty much dormant for the past month. It was nice to hit up this spot and get barreled, even if it meant getting personal with the sand and jacking up my shoulder.

Back in Business

After writing last's week blog entry "One Year Anniversay", I suddenly had the urge to blog on a regular basis again. So the very next day I bought a new waterproof camera online. I'm stoked that I received my new cam in the mail yesterday. I'm even more stoked to be back in the swing of things again.

Deceived

I checked the usual surf reports last night, and they all said it was going to be small. So instead of catching a sesh this morning, I decided to take pictures. Trouble is, all those surf reports that I checked were inaccurate. I got to the beach - without my surf gear - to find some nice waves coming through.

Unblogged Sessions

Since I lost my waterproof digital cam about a month ago, I haven't blogged about any of my sessions. I thought it was kind of pointless to blog about my sessions without providing pics. Anyway, I came across a waterproof disposable camera that I had lying around, and so I thought "what the heck, I might as well make use of it". So here are some pics from a sesh that I had a couple of weeks ago. Shooting with film sure has a different feel to it.

One Year Anniversary

It was a year ago today that I started this blog. When I started this blog, I wasn't sure where it would lead to, but, looking back, I'm stoked that it's been such a positive personal experience. Now, looking forward, I hope to maintain and improve this blog so that it continues to be the positive personal experience that it was in its inaugural year.
